You must obtain the prior written consent of Levu Events before you download, print, copy, reproduce or adapt (by electronic means or otherwise) any of the Content, except where allowed under Australian law, in which case Levu Events must be acknowledged as the source of the Content.
7 TERMINATION
Levu Events may terminate these Terms and your access to our website at any time without notice. In the event of termination you are no longer authorised to access the website, but all restrictions imposed on you and all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.
8 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES, RETURNS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled with Le Vu Events. All prices include GST, unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order at our discretion.
Final payment to be made by ONE MONTH BEFORE WEDDING
Should the customer request flowers or anything not stated on the initial invoice; the customer understands that there will be an increase in price.
All payments are non-refundable should the customer have a change of mind or the wedding has been cancelled, deferred or changed to a date whereby Le Vu Events is not available; for whatever reason including a pandemic, there will be no refunds on all payments made prior and full payment will still be required if it’s within 30 days of the original wedding day.
Should the date of your wedding change within two weeks of the original wedding date provided, including any unforeseen circumstances such as a lockdown imposed by the government due to Covid 19, an additional charge at 50% of the final invoice total will apply to your invoice. This amount plus any other outstanding invoices must be paid in full at least one month prior to the new wedding date.
This quotation may be accepted to form a binding contract upon payment of deposit to Le Vu Events for the items listed in the invoice.
Please note that flower availability will be dependent on season. White roses may have some imperfections. Should a particular flower and colour become unavailable for reasons beyond the control of Le Vu Events, we will endeavor to replace it with a similar flower and/or colour. Colours of flowers may also vary slightly and have some imperfections, as flowers are an organic product, which may not always be perfect.
